10 Years of Karma

Team, Partners, and Friends,

Ten years ago, Karma was just an idea, planned using crayons at a restaurant tabletop in Toronto. Today, it’s a living, breathing reality powered by an incredible community of people. Looking back at a decade in business, the overwhelming feeling I have today is simple, profound gratitude.

They say “what goes around comes around,” and if the last ten years have proven anything, it’s that putting good energy, hard work, and integrity into our talent and client projects brings incredible things back to you. That’s Karma!

We want to take a moment to thank the people who made this milestone possible:

You are the heartbeat of Karma. Your creativity, late nights, brilliance, and relentless dedication are the reasons we are standing here today. Thank you for bringing your best selves to work every single shift, for troubleshooting in real-time during live events/ dealing with retailers, and for trusting this company with your skills and careers. We are constantly in awe of what you do everyday to bring the brands we represent to life.

Thank you for steering the ship. Leading through growth, change, and a decade of evolving landscapes requires a rare mix of grit and empathy. You have protected our culture while pushing our boundaries, and your leadership is the backbone of our success.

Thank you for believing in us. Some of you have been with us since day one; others have joined our journey more recently. To all of you: thank you for your trust, your partnership, and for pushing us to be better. We don’t just view you as accounts—you are our collaborators, and our success is entirely intertwined with yours.

A 10th birthday isn’t just a time to look at the rearview mirror; it’s a moment to look at the horizon. We’ve built an incredible foundation over the last decade, but we truly believe we are just getting started.
