Karma Casting Inc. is pleased to announce it has been named to the 2023 Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.
Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. Karma Casting Inc. earned its spot with three-year growth of 96%.
Karma Casting has a unique value proposition in the marketplace – not only do they have a technology platform that enables them to deploy people with unparalleled speed and flexibility, but they also have the largest roster of profiled brand ambassador talent in Canada (and quickly becoming one of the largest in the U.S.). These capabilities enabled Karma to become the go-to resource for brands/companies as they looked to deploy people for their experiential marketing and sales activations. Karma Casting is a legitimate Canadian success story, and their vision is to be the biggest and best talent marketplace for marketing and sales activations in North America.
“Our biggest achievement over the past 3 years was successfully getting through the COVID pandemic. As an agency that focuses on the deployment of people at events and other consumer-facing activities, our business was severely impacted by the lockdowns and COVID restrictions”, says Kim Thompson, President of Karma Casting. “Karma worked closely with our clients, agency partners and our talent to prepare for the re-opening of the economy and massive resurgence in live experiences”.
Karma experienced an explosive demand for their services over the past few years. The flexibility, nimbleness, and speed that Karma offers through the Karma app is unparalleled. Karma led the industry with gig opportunities throughout 2022 and retained their position as the agency of choice for talent. Their current roster of profiled talent exceeds 58,000 across North America. In 2022, Karma filled 26,516 gigs, executing over 250,000 hours at a 99% compliance rate. They continue to attract the best people, which validates that their platform and approach to staffing is effective – clients repeatedly acknowledge that Karma exceeds their expectations time and time again.
“We are very proud to be recognized as one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies! A true reflection of the world class, innovative, disruptive, proprietary technology platform we have created, that delivers industry leading talent and results. It has been the focus, passion and commitment of our team that has propelled Karma to this amazing acknowledgement, I am so very proud and thankful to our team”, says Kevin Delano, CEO & Founder, Karma Casting Inc.
