She has managed many significant client programs nationally, and internationally, and fostered strong relationships across the CPG, technology and retail industries. Her achievements are celebrated across the industry, including recognition as a Star Woman in Grocery by Canadian Grocer in 2016. Her strengths include building meaningful client partnerships, people management & development, and strategic growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Karma, Kim held senior leadership roles at industry-leading organizations at CROSSMARK, MarketingWerks, Mosaic and CIM (Consumer Impact Marketing), managing clients such as Procter & Gamble, Pepsi-QTG, Rogers, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, Diageo, Adidas, RIM, and Microsoft.
